The mill is almost fully horizontal.

At the "moment of truth" when the mill was tipping over, I was prepared for ANYTHING to happen. It turned out to be a total NON event. There was not the slightest change in anything. VERY smooth, no falling sensation, nothing !! A NON event.

At all times the mill was fully under control. It was moved small fractions of an inch with each click of the winch. While being lowered with the hydraulic ram movement could also be controlled to small fractions.
