Building the dolly - 1/20/04

The beginnings of the lift portion of the dolly system. Basically a very heavy duty "refrigerator" dolly or box
dolly. It will not have wheels. The round stubs on the sides will fit in brackets on the roller part of the
system. The casters for the roller part are 6" steel. Six of them. Each capable of handling 1,200 lbs.

The dolly part of the system will do double
duty. It will act as a Johnson Bar or pry bar
to raise the front of the mill so blocks can
be put under the edges. This will create
the gap necessary for the full bottom of
dolly to slide under the front of the mill.

The dolly will rest in at least 2 positions
and maybe three on the roller part of the system so the mill can be picked up or
put down on a pallet or on the floor.

This is part of the framework for the roller part of the system. Works much like the bottom of an engine hoist.
